This machine is design for Hook & Loop Fastener. It can cut its four corners round, semi-circular or other sharp.

Round corners can enhance product safety for baby product, toy, jacket and etc.

A 1" round corner die is provided for each MC-821. If you need other sharp, we can tailor-made.

This machine can cut automatically as the length you set.

	We have another model also for Hook & Loop Fastener, MC-821. The main difference between MC-820 and MC-821 is the die cost and speed. The die of MC-820 is made by blade. It is not as durable as the knife of MC-821. MC-821 can cut 1.5 times faster than MC-820. But the cost of MC-820's die is very low. MC-820 is mainly for the user who will change the cutting size and sharp often. He can order many more various dies at lower cost. On the other hand, MC-821 is more suitable the user who only need one to four kinds of fasteners or the user demand higher speed production.
The above pictures are some sample for our dies. The round corner one is the die which is given.
Before you purchase it, you can send us some sample of your fastener. We will help you to find the best solution, the best cutter. The following are some matter needing attention before you purchase: 1, The actual width of the fasteners may be different from its marked size. For example, the actual size of a 3/4" fastener may be 20mm. Especially the loop fastener. it may be 22mm in this case. 2, Loop fastener is likely wider than the hook fastener. All of our dies/knives have 1mm space in left and right side for variation, ensure the fastener is cut. However, if the fastener variation is 2mm or more, we need to reserve more space for it. 3, In case the tape is too soft, it will be different for using MC-820 or MC-821.
