KH-1508 Under-thread Skipping Controller for Kansai DLR-1508 Machine.

This controller is specially designed for waist band sewing. When the knee switch is pressed, the looper holder
is pulled from its original position and unable to work normally. This make the bottom thread can not knot with
the surface thread. Once the knee switch is released, the looper holder return and able to work normally again.
